Shipping Information

Orders for custom-made multi charm bracelets will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

Currently we are only able to accept orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, LovePendants does not ship orders to post office boxes. LovePendants is able to accept post office box addresses only for your billing needs.

Business days are Monday-Friday excluding national holidays.  

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will email you a USPS return label.  We will refund the purchase price, excluding the original shipping charge if any, upon receipt of your order as long as it is in original condition.

Items that have been worn for some time are obvious to us as metal loses its shine, scratches appear in places and they get dirty. 

Failing the original condition examination will cause your piece to be sent back to you - so do not wear it if you are not satisfied. 

This guarantee and return policy only applies to pieces bought directly from LovePendants.com. and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Items purchased from retailers carrying our merchandise must be returned to them.

Conditions for all returns

Returns must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.  

Call our customer service department at 1-212-832-8013.  Have your packing list or invoice handy as we will need some information on it and you will be given a Return Authorization Code.

Write the RA code on your packing slip as a record for yourself and also on the USPS label we emailed you. RA# 1234 for example. 

If it was a gift and you are not the purchaser, the refund will be made to the purchaser of record crediting the credit card or PayPal account on file or mailing a check to the billing address.  

To pack your return, it is easiest to use the packaging from our shipment. Be sure to place your jewelry on the white velvet insert and in the red velvet envelope. If the red envelope is not returned  $4 will be deducted from your credit.
